Zix Corporation is upgrading their system. Beginning June 3, 2018, the secure email system will be implementing additional security upgrades. Users that attempt to access the secure email system with an older browser that is not supported, will receive a "connection refused" message. A list of browsers that support the setting (called TLS1.2) is available on here https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/clients.html. This is a website run by a company called Qualys.

This service will help us protect outbound emails containing sensitive information, such as account numbers, social security numbers, and any other confidential information. Once your account is activated, you may view the message and any attachments over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection.
