Better Online Banking Coming Soon

We’re thrilled to announce that we are redesigning your online banking experience, and you’re going to love it! Improved with you in mind, our upgraded online banking will feature a fresh, new design that’s faster and easier to use than ever before. Scheduled to launch November 13, 2019*, your upgraded online banking will feature some exciting new improvements including:

  • A consistent look and feel across all your devices
  • IBT Pay - faster person-to-person payments
  • Single sign-in (same Login ID and password for all your devices)
  • Personal Finance Manager Tools & Tracker
  • External Transfers - transfer money from your IBT account to your account at another financial institution  

Some of the exciting improvements for our business customers include:

  • Positive Pay/ACH Block
  • Enhanced Security
  • Direct Connection to QuickBooksTM
  • Same Day ACH

*Important Notice

The Online Banking system upgrade will be occurring on Wednesday, November 13. Online Banking will become a ‘view only’ mode from Friday, November 8 in the late morning through start of business on Wednesday, November 13. During this time you will only be able to view your accounts and transaction history. You will be unable to make bill payments or transfers. Please call Customer Service or come into the Bank during business hours, to conduct any banking you need done. You may also access your account at any ATM as you normally would.

If you use Bill Pay and any of your payments must be made during the 'view only' time frame, please pre-schedule your bill payments by the end of business on Tuesday, November 6. That will insure that your payments are processed according to the date you picked. If you need to make transfers during the 'view only' time frame, please do so before November 8, or call Customer Service and they can complete the transfer for you.  

If you use our Mobile Banking app, you will not be able to access the app on November 7 until the start of business on November 13. On or after November 13, you will need to delete the current app from your device and download the new app in its place. The app can be found in the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store depending on your device.

We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser, in order to get the best experience from our Better Online Banking. In addition to accessing the best possible experience on the web, updating your browser to the latest version also keeps your computer secure from hackers. Out-of-date browsers have security vulnerabilities, which increases your risk of having your personal information compromised.
