E-statements

Cut back on the paper flow that you receive every month. Enroll in the free E-statement service with Itasca Bank & Trust Co. through your online banking account.

With E-statements:

  • You don't have to wait for the statement in the mail and it's a more secure way to receive your statement.
  • An email notification is sent to you when the statement is available for viewing.
  • You can view account history for up to seven years.
  • You can access your statement wherever you have internet access.
  • Statements are available online for 7 years (call Customer Service if you need a statement older than 7 years). 

Once you have online banking, you may self-enroll for E-statements. In your online banking account, go to the side menu bar and open the Transactions drop-down, click on Statements, and then follow the PDF Verification steps* and Account Opt-in requirement. You may then choose your delivery preference for each account. Enter your email for E-statements and your account statement will be available immediately for you to view or print.

*Customer who wish to view their E-statements will need to complete a one-time PDF Verification in order to view. If you require assistance with completing the verification process, please contact Customer Service at (630) 773-0350.

If you currently have E-statements, please note that we have made some changes. You now have a choice of which accounts will have E-statements or paper statements.  To make any changes to your delivery preference, go into your online banking account and in the side menu click on Transactions and then click on Statements. You may then choose paper or E-statements for your accounts. Please note that there is a $4.00 per month charge for paper statements.
