FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS NEEDED
For all mortgage applications you will need the following documents:
- Copies of W2 forms from the previous two years
- Copies of completed personal federal tax returns from the previous two years (all schedules required)
- Copies of completed business federal tax returns from the previous two years (all schedules required) if applicable
- Copies of pay stubs for the last 30 days
- Copies of two months most recent bank statements (all pages required)
- Copy of most recent mortgage statement and second mortgage if applicable
- Copy of homeowners insurance declarations page (copy of master policy if property is a condominium or townhome)
- Copy of full Trust agreement if property is in a Land or Living Trust
Additional requirements for new purchases:
- Copy of fully executed contract with riders or addendums
- Copy of canceled earnest money check (front and back) or signed verification of earnest money form
- Prior to closing, the Bank will need proof of homeowners insurance policy and paid receipt
