Secure Email

We are happy to announce our new “Itasca Bank & Trust Co. Secure Messaging”. This new function allows you to view and electronically sign (E-sign), any document in a secure environment.

E-sign is a way to sign a document digitally without the need to print it.

This signature method makes it possible to transmit documents online that require someone’s signature. You can directly download any document through your email or any other medium, sign it, save a copy or send it further to any other intended users.

It is the easiest and fastest way to sign a document as it does not require the constraints involved in signing paper documents.

Additionally, eSignatures can be done through a phone, computer, or tablet.

To ensure the confidentiality of private information that our company sends you through email we have partnered with two of the leaders in the industry Zix and AppRiver. This partnership gives us the ability to efficiently and securely send you documents. The protection of confidential communication is important to us and we want to ensure your information stays private.
