E-statement Benefits

• You don't have to wait for the statement in the mail and it's a more secure way to receive your statement.
• An email notification is sent to you when the statement is available for viewing.
• You can view account history for up to seven years.
• You can access your statement wherever you have internet access.
• Statements are available online for 7 years (call Customer Service if you need a statement older than 7 years). 

Once you have online banking, you may self-enroll for E-statements. In your online banking account, go to the side menu bar and open the Transactions drop-down, click on Statements, and then follow the PDF Verification steps* and Account Opt-in requirement. You may then choose your delivery preference for each account. Enter your email for E-statements and your account statement will be available immediately for you to view or print.

*Customers who wish to view their E-statements will need to complete a one-time PDF Verification in order to view. If you require assistance with completing the verification process, please contact Customer Service at 630-773-0350.
