• Draw requests are made directly from the builder.
• Draws are managed by our experienced construction department.
• Draws are paid out to sub-contractors through an approved title company.
• Interest-only payments required during the construction loan term.

How to Apply

All construction loan applicants must complete the Consumer Mortgage Application (part 1). If there is a co-borrower, the Consumer Mortgage Application (co-borrower) must be completed for each co-borrower. The Consumer Mortgage Application (part 3) provides additional space if you need it for any additional information you want to provide (not required). If you indicated “unmarried” on the application, please complete the Consumer Mortgage Application (unmarried) document. Please print a copy of the following disclosures with the mortgage application. The disclosures and booklet are for you to keep.
